I am convinced that good design makes people happy and that is why I am designing professionally already over 20 years. Check out my ideas on design, design organizations and processes. Since I was a kid I was fascinated by technology but I also wondered why things were so difficult to use, why I had to learn so much to use them properly. Shouldn’t we just enjoy doing things and be happy instead of people telling us how to do things?

Today I still think that the people should be happy doing stuff and this results eventually in them paying for it or at least holding on to it.

I am very grateful that I can maintain my ideology in my professional life and that is why I am still highly interested in understanding why people do what they do through user research.
